• Our Story

    Raven Angus is a family-owned and operated 5-generation Registered Angus Ranch. Founded in 1955 by Raymond and Betty Petersek with just 10 registered cows, the herd has now grown to over 1,000 registered mother cows. Raymond, at 97 years young, is still on the ranch every day, working with his family to ensure the highest quality local beef is produced. Our family ranch takes pride in raising local grass fed beef, maintaining the traditions and values that have been passed down through generations.

Using regenerative grazing practices, we promote soil health and biodiversity, ensuring that our local grass fed beef is not only healthier but also more delicious. Ranch to Table was created in 2024 to bring these high-quality local beef options directly from our family ranch to your table.
