• Our Story

    Raven Angus is a family owned and operated 5 generation Registered Angus Ranch. It was founded in 1955 by Raymond and Betty Petersek with 10 registered cows. The herd has grown to over 1000 registered mother cows to date. Raymond, at 97 years young, is still on the ranch everyday working with his family and the heard.

    We believe in a holistic and sustainable approach to ranching. We use regenerative grazing practices that promote soil health and biodiversity. The cattle are grass-fed and free-range, resulting in a healthier and more delicious product. Ranch to Table was created in 2024 to bring high quality beef options from our family to yours.
